The worldwide first Melchamuis-Masterclass will be held in Rein in Taufers during W.E.S.T. BBQ Contest. Michael Oberhollenzer aka Zechnta Michl will show the participants how to cook this really traditional dish from the valley.
Every participant will prepare the dough and cook the Melchamuis over the fire of the Moesta Bandit .
