An original dish from the Ahrntal valley. We brought it on the grill. At a wedding in Prettau, the mother of the bridge gave us her “YES” for this dish. Delicious was her comment.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g flower
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 100 g blueberries (more if you like)
- butter
- icing sugar
Instructions
- Mix eggs, milk, flour and sugar into a thick batter.
- Add plenty of blackberries.
- Prepare the grill with a griddle for direct heat to 200-210°C.
- Heat some butter in the griddle and then add 2 tablespoons of dough.
- Fry the dough until golden brown and turn it.
- Serve the dumplings with a little icing sugar.
