The most extreme bbq competition in the world. But we have also a little Slope Food Festival with some amazing food “trucks” in the middle of the slopes.
This year the contest will take place at Kasern / Prettau the northermost village in Italy. Still at the cross country ski center at the end of the valley located at 1.595m high surrounded by the highest mountain of the Zillertaler Alpen, the Venediger and the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina mountain range. The sun in January normally shines about 30 to 60min a day on the contest area. The temperatures can be -20°C.
